It's a medical management app meant for doctors' offices as well as large hospitals that had an objective to become the largest solution to be used by over 150,000 potential clients.

My role: UX/UI Design

The challenge was to transform a huge manual process of validating the dozens of rules into the various Brazilian health insurance plans, building a clean interface using the interaction with as few steps as possible, making the service most effective and improving customer outcomes.

So with the intelligence that we built in the app, we reduced the calling times to appointment scheduling, we have also optimized the process and waiting time at the reception, thus bringing considerable improvement in customer indicators and thus having a huge positive impact on your revenue.
